Delivery and Returns

We endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we pack and dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. However, please allow 28 days for delivery during peak times (January - March.)

Delivery & shipping charges outside the United Kingdom

The website calculates estimated shipping based on your delivery address. Where a shipping charge is shown on the site's check-out please note that this is an estimate only. The charge may increase or decrease - depending on the product(s) ordered, and the weight and volume of the consignment.

Actual shipping charges are therefore subject to quotation. Please contact our customer support team on (+44) (0)1732 77 33 99 UK time 08H30 to 17H30 Monday to Friday.

  • If shipping costs decrease we will charge you the lower rate, and ship your order immediately.
  • If shipping costs increase we will always call you first before we charge your card or ship your order
  • Smaller packages may be suitable for posting through conventional mail (surface mail / airmail) through the UK's Royal Mail postal service. You can find out more about Royal Mail's international services at www.royalmail.com. Please note that there are strict guidelines for weight and size. Not all parcels may be suitable for conventional mail
  • If packages are sent by UK's Royal Mail postal service, no VAT will be charged on delivery costs
  • If packages are sent by Courier VAT will be charged on delivery costs
  • If you request we use conventional mail, this is entirely at your own risk and we are unable to provide any guarantees for delivery. In such circumstances you are advised to arrange your own insurance.
  • No refunds, credits or replacements will be given by Commotion should a consignment not arrive at its destination, when conventional mail services are used

Collection from our warehouse in the UK

If you have an account with an international shipper in your home country (e.g. TNT, DHL, FedEx), you may request them to collect from our offices in the UK. We will approve despatch on their presentation of a valid, pre-paid or account-authorised bill. Any insurance on this carriage is at the customer's discretion and for the customer's account.

Discrepancies

Any goods correctly supplied may be returned to us within 7 days of the date of receipt for a full credit / refund for the cost and delivery of goods purchased, provided that such goods are unused and returned in the original packaging which is undamaged. The return carriage cost is borne by the purchaser.

Any item that has been partly consumed, or used, cannot be returned - even if this intention to return falls within the fourteen-day period.

An item that has been used, and proves to be faulty during use, may be considered suitable for a return but will require you to discuss the issue with us first.
